We are StarzPlay Direct US, LLC ("Starz", "us", "our" or "we"). We provide the Lionsgate+ subscription service (the "Service") having corporate domicile for hearing and being served notices at StarzPlay Direct US, LLC of 2700 Colorado Avenue, Santa Monica, CA 90404.

How we use personal data

Consequences of not providing personal data

Subscribers are required to provide registration, contact and payment details in order to access the Service. We will not be able to provide the Service to Subscribers that do not provide this information.

Automated decision-making

We use automated decision-making to provide Subscribers with the most relevant content and develop the Service. However, we do not use automated decision-making to make any legally significant decisions about individuals.

Sharing personal data

Social media

Subscribers and other individuals may engage with the Service through third-party social networks (for example, Facebook, Twitter and Pinterest). We may also allow Subscribers to access their accounts or specific content through social networks. Where Subscribers or other individuals engage or login through social media, we will share personal data with and receive personal data from the relevant social network. Where Subscribers or individuals engage or login through a social network, we recommend they read the relevant social network's privacy policy.

Service providers

To help provide, develop and promote the Service, we share personal data with and receive personal data from the following types of service provider –

Distributors.
Payment processors.
Fraud and credit risk service screening providers.
Advertising partners.
Analytics service providers.

We, and selected third-party advertising partners, use cookies, embedded scripts and web beacons to present adverts through the Service. Our advertising partners may also employ other similar types of technologies.

Children

Rights

Subscribers and other individuals have the rights to –

Access to personal data.
Object to direct marketing and the use of personal to participate in surveys, products, services, news and events.
Erasure of personal data.
Withdraw consent where our use of personal data is based on consent.
Rectification of personal data.

You may request to exercise these rights through the procedures we have implemented. Your request shall comply with requirements set forth on the applicable legislation, by means of a document addressed to our Data Protection Officer. The request should contain the following:

Your name and address or other means of providing you with a response.
A copy of a valid identification document or power of attorney, as the case may be.
A clear and precise description of the personal data on which you wish to exercise your rights; and
Any other element or document that could facilitate locating your personal data.

You shall address your request to privacy@lionsgateplus.com fulfilling all the aforementioned requirements, stating as subject thereof as follows: “Personal Data Rights and/or Consent Withdrawal”.

You may withdraw your consent for the processing of your personal data, without any retroactive effects, in all cases were such revocation does not entail that it will be impossible to fulfill any obligations arising from an effective legal relation between you and us.

You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by addressing the relevant request to our Data Protection Officer. We have the resources and procedures to ensure that some of your information is included in an Exclusion List, on condition that you expressly request the inclusion in such list.
